It's a jewel that captures the essence of resilience and a deep connection with what we love. Each pair of earrings is formed by two shells, whose natural mother-of-pearl surfaces shine delicately, reflecting soft, natural tones that evoke the tranquility and beauty of the sea. The back of each shell is coated in silver, a layer that provides luminosity and contrast, highlighting the natural beauty of the mother-of-pearl, while the front maintains the original purity of the shell, a symbol of what is real and enduring.

The earring's clasp features a starfish, a distinctive, unique, and characteristic design from Ibiza, whose slender legs extend through the clasp. Just as the starfish clings to its refuge in turbulent waters to survive, "Aferrada" represents the fear of loss and the need to hold on to what matters most.

Aferrada is a piece that invites us to reflect on human vulnerability, but also on the strength that emerges when we face the fear of loss.
